Reports

Reports is a central place in Multifront where Administrators can run custom or predefined Reports to monitor Sales, Products, Customer Reviews, and Customers. Before Reports can be run, Administrators can change report constraints to meet Admins specification-- including specifying a Store to run the report on.

View Report

Reports > Any Reports Tab > "View Report" button
Reports can be exported using the "Export Drop-Down Menu" button, as pictured.
  1. Add Report Details
  2. View Report using the "View Report" button.

Report Details

The Reports have generated, report results will be previewed and can be exported using the "Export" drop-down list. Reports can be exported in .XML, .CSV, .PDF, .MHTML, Excel, .TIFF, and Word File formats

The parameters are shown on the X and the Y axis for the two-dimensional graph generated can be changed from the drop down.

Detail Description
Begin Date Select Start Date for Report using Pick-A-Date.
End Date Select End Date for Report using Pick-A-Date.
Store Select Store(s) to include in Report using a multi-select list
Order State Select Order State(s) to include in Report using multi-select list.
Payment Type Select Payment Type(s) to include in Report using multi-select list.
Shipping Type Select Shipping Type(s) to include in Report using multi-select list.
Customer Name Enter Name of a Customer to filter Report. Only exact matches are returned.
Email ID Enter Email ID of a Customer to filter Report. Only exact matches are returned.
Chart Type Reports can be previewed in Report results if a Chart Type is selected. If no Chart Type is chosen, no chart preview will display.
X Axis The X and Y Axis fields determine how Preview Chart data is oriented when displayed. These fields are predefined by Report Type.
Y Axis The X and Y Axis fields determine how Preview Chart data is oriented when displayed. These fields are predefined by Report Type.
Discount Type Coupon Only. Enter Discount Type to filter Report. Only exact matches are returned.
Discount Code Coupon Only. Enter Discount Code to filter Report. Only exact matches are returned.
Sales Tax Only. Enter State Code to filter Report. Only exact matches are returned.
SKU Product tab Reports Only. Enter SKU to filter Report. Only exact matches are returned.
Product Name Product tab Reports Only. Enter Product Name to filter Report. Only exact matches are returned.
Title Service Requests Only. Enter Service Request Title to filter Report. Only exact matches are returned.
Company Enter Company Name to filter Report. Only exact matches are returned.

Sales

Reports > Sales Tab

In a nutshell, these Reports give information about the Orders-- or SKU's sold during a particular period of time.

Report Description
Orders A list of Orders for selected Store(s) within a particular time frame, address details, Order line items, and all Order Total calculations.
Coupon Usage Details for all Coupons used with Orders from [[|Stores|Store(s)]]. It includes the Store for which the Coupon was used along with the details, such as the number of Coupons used, the Coupon discount amount, etcetera.
Sales Tax Details for Taxes calculated for all Orders placed, Order Totals, and Time and Date of the Order.
Affiliate Orders Commission owed to an Affiliate after the Affiliates Customer buys a Product which the Affiliate has recommended. It also shows the number of Orders placed for the recommended Products.
Order Pick List A list of Products to be pulled from Inventory for all Orders with an Order Status of "Submitted".

Products

Product Reports help Administrators keep track of Products and Inventory. See what's selling, check inventory levels, and Customers Most Searched history.

Report Detail
Best Sellers See Products Sold from all Store(s) selected. Includes quantity and total sales.
Inventory Re-Order Every Product has a reorder level associated with it. Whenever the Product quantity crosses the reorder level it indicates that the Product needs to reordered again. This report tracks all the Product which needs to be reordered and have crossed the reorder level.
Top Earning Products Products which generate the most revenue on your site along with their quantities sold.
Popular Search Details for every keyword search from Store(s) along with the number of times the keyword is searched.

Reviews

Report Description
Service Request Queries or reviews submitted by Customers from the "Contact Us" form displayed in the footer section of Stores. It also contains feedback submitted by the Customers after successfully placing the Order using the "Click here to give us feedback on your ordering experience" link.

Customers

Report Description
Users A list of all registered B2B and B2C Customers.
Email Opt-In Customers Customers registered for the Promotions and newsletter subscription from the Stores.
Most Frequent Customer Number of times Customers have placed Orders, regardless of the Order Amount.
Top Spending Customers Customers generating the most revenue ie., Orders placed with the greatest Order Total. Includes Total Order Amount for all Orders placed.

Report Description
Vendor Displays all the vendor details.
